Very easy to order on line and pickup at store. It didn't take much time for order to go through so i was able to pick up in no time. Cashier was great and was able to help me.

The experience in this City Gear was A1! MY GUY is always so helpful and takes time to look for whatever his customers need!💙 After going back for day two, Tashaya was one the JOB!! She helped me find exactly what I needed for my brother and even went above and beyond to help me download the app to my phone! Superb customer SERVICE! Sis understood the ASSIGNMENT! I ALWAYS APPRECIATE good people in customer service.. they help me determine how much I spend, if anything or if I will RETURN! I will definitely. Be back!

I've been doing a lot of shoe stores in my day, I have to say this first class Store and Associates were just fabulous. Called about pair of shoes they hadn't stopped when I got there they were waiting for me by the counter, asked me if I wanted to inspect them and got me right out just as I'd hoped.
